Italy: where nothing works properly

Today I wanted to order on Yesasia the Bversion of last Kanjani8 album (plus the AnAn with Kura, Arashi Labirynth single, and another thing I cannot write here because is a birthday present >.<); I went at the Postal Office, and... *suspance*

And... why?
Can you at least tell us WHY?
I hate you, Italian Postal Service. I hate you so much.
I only hope they solve this immediatly (and I hope to still find Eito album, since the one I want is one of the Limited versions D:)
